The Latin term "Cultura" which has to do with
cult, worship, or civilization, is where the word "culture"
originates. Culture, as it relates to HRM, is learned information that

- According to K. Avruch (1998), culture is a product of personal experience; it is either something that people learn or develop on their own, or it is something that is socially transmitted to them by ancestors or peers.

more diversity in their workforces. But with diversity also comes the
difficulty of successfully negotiating cultural differences. It takes a
